Zebrafish CAD Reconstruction for Biomedical Research

A biomedical research team required an accurate digital model of a microscopic zebrafish specimen commonly used in medical research. Using rotational video footage of the specimen, multiple image snapshots were extracted and processed to capture anatomical detail from every angle.
The processed data was then used alongside AI-assisted modeling techniques to reconstruct a high-fidelity CAD model of the zebrafish. The final deliverable enabled researchers to use the model for visualization, simulation, and further computational analysis.
